1-2-1 Bike or Run sessions - for nervous beginners or improvers looking for either a structured session or just some technique advice. £30/hr (discount available for block bookings).

Couch-2-5k programs and Return to Running programs - these are one weekly session for 9 weeks. You will need to make time for a further two run sessions on your own each week. Next blocks will start in June 2021. £25 per person, minimum 6 people and maximum 12.

Group programs for your first Sprint Triathlon - we offer 12 week programs to get you ready for your first sprint tri. You will need to be able to swim at least 100m and run at least 3km for these group sessions (sign up for C25k first if needed!!). Or get a group together and choose your own event!! These will be partly based on group sessions and partly on an online system (free to use). £120 (only £10 per week). Next dates to be confirmed so contact us if you are interested!

Personalised coaching programs - via Training Peaks. £60 - £90 per month depending on level of input required. Face to face sessions can be added in as required.
